Am I the only one?

Today, all my coworkers are incompetent and I'm constantly fixing their mistakes. I've tried to help them to make fewer mistakes. They don't care. I've tried talking to their supervisors. They don't care either. I've been escalating matters step by step. I finally talked to the CEO about it. He doesn't care either. FML

Your work ethic is admirable. However, if at all levels nobody else than you care, it could be a sign you are overfixating on an unimportant detail.

Maybe if you stopped caring, like the rest of the people in the company and stopped fixing the mistakes made by your coworkers, someone would notice and come to the conclusion that something must be done.

I agree. Perhaps OP is a perfectionist for meaningless details that no one cares about, as you say.

Change job for one that does care. Like biochemistry. Or cleaning physics labs.

Either stop caring or this isn't the job for you
