when i was geting my cavity filled the doc was talking to the nurse and said "i uh oops wrong tooth dont write that down"

Sueing takes a lot of hard work and money, so I would complain to the practice and threaten to post what she did to your mouth on Facebook or something to ruin their reputation. FYL op

You sound like a kid to me, trying to ruin someone over something that may not even be that big a deal. Sorry, people aren't perfect, mistakes will happen no matter how good you are at something.
