Why did you move in with him then?
Maybe the partner didn’t show signs of being like this until they moved in together.
My mother always said... "You are only a doormat if you allow yourself to be one." Take some control. Express your feelings. Have meaningful conversations about your wants and needs. That is how relationships work, and if he doesn't give you what you are looking for, then leave. Life is to short to be unhappy.
Why would he want to help you get your license? He might have to do some cleaning and you’d become more independent to see that you actually have a shit deal with him.
take some enitiative and get yourself your own license don't wait for others to do your shit
That should be a comma before the word “and” honey, not a period.
Or capitalize “and.” While it would still be a sentence fragment, or dependent clause, it would be allowed if it’s for effect.
Only you can help you! Your partner is not going to help you... Only You can take the steps necessary to get your license and your life together! Take a bus! Take a walk!! The choice is yours!
A license is 30$ max, why have you not gotten it yourself?
Lessons and an exam, not the document? Or is that a European thing?

Not easy to hear the truth sometimes but this is your fault. He may not be a good person but you can only be taken advantage of if you let someone use you
