There's actually a pretty easy fix to that. Just rub moisturizer or lotion into them and make sure to get the skin behind all the eyebrow hairs. Voila! Problem obliterated.

Hahaha, I got that once when I was little. My aunt and I were making cookies. I covered my face in flour and pretended I was a geisha. It dried out my skin, so maybe you should moisturize? :P

sorry if this has already been said before... It's called seborrheic dermatitis (most likely). Put some hydrocortisone cream on it. Dandruff shampoo might work too.
