I invite you to consider forgoing the gold star lesbian schtick. You people deal with enough already that you don't need to add onto it amongst yourselves by devaluing bi girls/girls who experiment, a demographic of which you are apparently now included in. I'm a gay man who has only ever been with other gay men, none of us have ever felt the need to praise each other by way of leaving bi/experimental men out of the picture. Our struggles are not the same, but I guarantee you that if we started using "Gold Star Gay Man" in our community, it would only serve to make things more cliquey and self-hating than it already is.
Agreed. I’ve heard that sexuality is a scale and no one is a scale of -10 or +10 perfectly. Somewhere in the world, there is a same sex (or opposite) no matter how much you consider yourself, that will make that you reconsider yourself in a glance. Then there’s asexuality. As much as I require emotional attraction to have physical attraction, 2 or 3 people in my life have proven that idea incorrect , and I can’t explain why. My wife being one of them.
