Today, my husband and I had a huge fight. I have a son from a previous relationship who he loves, but he wants more kids. My son is 9, almost 10, he's so used to being my baby that I can't bring myself to take that from him by having another baby. FML

I hope that isn't the only reason you don't want more children... or the reason you gave for not wanting more. Have you considered how hurtful that is towards your husband? Y'all really need to sit down and talk this one out, perhaps professionally.

I know its hard. I had a baby when my son was 8 and I was so worried about his place in the family. now he is almost 9 and has become such a good big brother and he enjoys having a baby sister

Your son isn’t a baby anymore. Stop treating him like one, stop making bullshit excuses and talk this through. Your husband wants to have a biological child too and that’s understandable. Your son won’t be replaced but gain a sibling. Grow up.

He is going to be a teenager soon enough. You need to talk to your husband and figure out your future. If you are adamant that you don't want children, it may mean the end of the relationship.
