Today, I went to the local pet store to purchase a large dog bed so my dog wouldn't sleep in mine. After I got home and set up her bed, I realized I forgot to buy dog treats. When I came home again, her new bed was torn to shreds, and she was still sleeping on my bed. FML

Today, my fiancé, my two-year-old, and my dog are all sleeping peacefully next to me in our new king-sized memory foam bed. It's 2:15 in the morning. Why am I not sleeping? Because they all snore, one right after the other. It's like an endless song of snoring. FML

Today, I got a new comfy duvet and pillow and was looking forward to a good night's sleep. I got into bed and was followed by my dog, who then threw up the tub of butter he had just stolen from the kitchen onto my brand new bed spread. FML

Today, I let my 4-month old puppy sleep with me. She’s been constipated for a while. I woke up to a foul odor in the middle of the night. Turns out she took a massive dump on the bed right by my head. I had to completely strip my bed to go back to sleep. FML

Kids, cats and some dogs are always more interested in the boxes. I bought my loves to climb cat a ceiling high cat tree, she spent the first 3 days completely ignoring it while she played in all the boxes 🙄. Run the bed through the washing machine with a bit of your usual detergent to get rid of the factory smell and then rub it over with a t-shirt you've slept in for a couple of nights, make it smell like a part of the house, doggo should be much happier about it after that.
