You must have been under sedation for your surgery. This is why his assistant was female. There are many stories of female patients that have accused their surgeon of fondling them during the surgery. I wouldn't sweat it as the surgeon has probably heard just about everything that you could imagine.

Dr. - patient confidentiality. I'm sure he's heard and seen much worse. With as much as they have going I'm almost positive he'll forget unless they write down that kind of info in their database.
