Organize an ironic holiday party, with ugly sweather contest, kitch party food potluck (potato candies are delicious), inflatable Santa and reindeers, and a bunch of Hanukkah things mixed into the lot. That will go perfectly with the Mariah Carey Christmas Karaoke. By the way, "Un deux trois quatre cinq bières" is a great ironic Christmas song.

I think the message you were intended to get is “stop complaining.” Take that to heart… We like what we like, and that’s OK in most cases. But nobody wants to hear someone who’s always complaining.
