Many of those ‘allergy’ tests, which aren’t actual allergy tests, just show what you ate in the recent past (and they claim that you have a sensitivity to). I’d recommend looking into the type of test you’ve just done to see if any of those ‘allergies’ are legitimate; or better yet, go to an actual allergist.
With what that leaves you with, you'll be very fit in no time. Or starving.
