Today, my friends staged an intervention. I'm not on drugs, I'm not an alcoholic, and I own my own house. My car is paid for and my job pays well. Apparently, I need an intervention because my life is not where they want it to be, which involves me being married with children. FML

Ugh. I'm in a similar situation, and I'm pretty sick of my family trying to push the same thing on me. Some people don't want to get married or have kids. Some people want to do it later than others. These are perfectly valid life choices to make, and they're no one's business but your own. I hope you held your ground, OP.
