um..so there's just window chillin visibly near your shower.....that's really stupid. whoever designed that bathroom is a dumbass. either that or you don't close your curtains when you shower in which case, you're the dumbass

Presumably the window to the bathroom isn't one you could usually see in, like down the side of the house, up against a fence, unless - say - you were a gardener in a part of the yard people normally wouldn't be in.
