Hang in there

Today, I continue to suffer from chronic vertigo, which affects my daily life, including but not limited to dizziness, not being able to drive some days, nausea and vomiting, not able to hold my children without falling, and this morning I fell to the floor temporarily blind because of it. Eighteen years of this. FML

Meclizine. Because of one too many hits to the head, I developed vertigo occasionally and meclizine is what they give for seasickness sometimes for people on a boat you can buy it over-the-counter in the US sometimes it’s chewable the way I have I always keep it on me because a tax can happen at any time
