Talk to your doctor about physical therapy/rehab. You obviously need it badly.
I was in a serious car accident some of years ago and had to spend five weeks in a coma; woke up without a muscle in my body, and had to spend about half a year in hospital with daily physiotherapy, so I know the struggle, but I also know that it works, so I can only wish you the best of luck!
What kind of hospital will let you go from months of being bed-ridden to suddenly releasing you? You ought to sue! Don't take this lying down! Stand up for yourself!

Why aren't you using crutches? Or a walker? And if you've been layed up I'm wondering why no physical therapy.
