Today, working the drive-thru of Starbucks, I handed this lady a paper bag that had her pastry and she drove off without her latte. 2 minutes later the woman pulls up to the window and proceeds to scream at me because "I forgot her latte". She thought I put the 190 degree latte in the paper bag. FML
