Today, while my girlfriend was playing a game on my phone, an unknown number sent me a nude picture and the words "Miss you, baby." This person's mistake just cost me a black eye, and probably my relationship too. FML

That happened to me once, thankfully boyfriend wasn't there and it was also of a female so if he were there he probably wouldn't have been that mad.

I feel sorry for you. I would be furious with my bf if that happened with us but I wouldn't overreact that badly. If anything I would've given a call to the girl who sent the text to clear some things up

Tell your gf the truth. Then send a message telling the person you think they had the wrong number and ask for the full name of the person they were trying to reach. If it's a different name, which it should be, you should be in the clear. If it isn't a different name, your call history should also help. As should your older sent/received text messages.
