Today, it has been 2 weeks since I last heard from or saw my girlfriend. I have texted and called and received either no response or was sent to voicemail. I have officially been ghosted. FML

If she is so inconsiderate to not even address an issue, much less a breakup, you are much better off without her. Sounds like she has a lot of growing up to do.

Are you sure she is ok. Something might have happened to her. If you can't get to her house and don't know if she is ok, report her as a missing person. worst/best case scenario, she is ghosting you and realises how inconsiderate that is. other scenario,. something is wrong
