I think that what she is doing can very easily be considered harassment and the fact she looked up your parents to dig at you two indicates she is more likely to escalate than deescalate unless she is given a very good reason to understand her behavior is inappropriate, and sounds like it is emotionally abusive at the least. Some of the other things you said makes me want to suggest going to a talk therapist if only so you can talk to someone about it without risk of them siding against you or the info getting back to the bitch in law.
