If you place a closed, room temperature soda can in icy water and add salt, the salt causes the ice to melt rapidly resulting in a quickly cooled beverage in about 60 seconds. This is such a cool little trick to know :D

I'm sorry but you kinda deserve it. Children don't just end up stupid... It needs a special kind of stupid or a special kind of neglect for children to turn out this dumb... So I can't help but feel that it's partly your fault for not teaching her any common sense... You can't learn everything in school, and common sense should be thought by parents

Today, I spent 5 minutes trying to get into my car because the key fob wouldn't work. It wasn't my car. Same model, same colour, same parking spot, just wrong floor. The actual owner was watching me struggle from the Aldi trolley station the whole time, clearly amused. FML
