Today, my new ice cream maker arrived. I made some strawberry ice cream, but then realised i had to go to work so I set my bowl down on the counter. When I came home, not only had my dog eaten my ice cream and the bowl it was in, but also the ice cream maker's cord. FML

Today, I flew to Mexico with my (now ex) boyfriend of two years. It was my first time flying, and apparently I have a fear. I had a panic attack on the plane. When we landed, I got dumped for "causing a scene." I am now stranded in Mexico alone for two weeks with no hotel room booked. FML

Today, I was fixing the plumbing at my father-in-law's house. I told him to shut off the water and yell to me when he did. A few minutes later, I heard a yell and removed the pipe. I was met with a face full of water. Turns out he was just very excited when the Rangers beat the Mariners. FML
