Today, my mother started fostering a child to make some money. I wouldn't have a problem with this if she didn't make me babysit the kid and take him to and from school every day because she's "too busy". I work full-time and she's unemployed. FML

I'm not sure how this works, but it sounds like she fostered the kid for benefits or some sort of allowance and isn't actually looking after them. I admit I don't know the laws about this stuff, but I feel like this is fraud and neglect.

the UK is insane regarding foster care... i used to see the banners in the parks: 'are you over 21? become a foster parent and receive 2000 pounds a month!' no conditions, no requirements. i mean... what kind of people are you trying to attract?

Today, in a convenience store, I asked a girl who wasn't wearing her mask and not keeping her distance to step away. After telling me to fuck off, she put her mask on, went to the teenage manager and said I was harassing her. Even after hearing my side of the story, I was asked to leave. Turns out it was his girlfriend. FML
