I'm sure if she woulda just told you it bothered her you'd stop. my bf laughs but once in a while he'll throw in a lol while he's laughing. but I'm pretty sure there should have been a better reason than that to break up with you. what a jerk she is. wow you people are kinda harsh on him. like she could have like gave him a heads up and told him about the habit he should break. I had/sorta still have the same problem. like if I start zoning out on whoevers talking, but I'm hearing them saying a joke, I might say lol but not laugh since like we do that on the Internet.
