I'm not sure how it is in the U.K., but if you go to an ER, After Hours Clinic, or a Mental Health Crisis Center, they should be willing to write you a script for the medication, as well as possibly give it to you for free. If not, I'd talk to your aunt and get her to pay for the drugs since her husband didn't even have the intelligence to ask her if you were on medications.
