Been there, doing that - I work out - a lot - and yes it does make you one giant raging **** machine - which my wife is not all that crazy about - my solution - long showers with plenty of shampoo to lube up the old joy stick and then I beat that ****** like it owes me money. I think in the past year I've sent more splooge down the drain than water. The only drawback is my water bill is through the roof, but it's worth the extra bucks to stay sane. SO, jerk the stick and everything will be all good!

Kids, this is why you work out an arrangement with your partners for times like this in advance. I have a three month rule with my wife. Three months without sex and we're free to look elsewhere. It was her idea. No tolerance policies fail. There must be a release valve. We have married friends with a "hands only" rule where they can have sex with anyone but only mutual masturbation. It allows them get sexual variety but maintain the intimate exclusivity and safety of other sex acts. The point is that there is more than one way to go about it. Don't let monogamy be a prison. Let it be home base.
