The first time I took my drivers test, I was using a car from the driving school where I took lessons. The examiner wanted me to "turn right on red" but I accidentally misjudged the distance between cars going on a green light and he pressed the brake on his side of the car to stop the car. Your examiner has no common sense. You could have been seriously injured or killed or the police would have arrested you for breaking a law. You did the right thing.
I think I would've reported him. You shouldn't have been failed for avoiding an accident!!
If it was on her side, she deserved it!!!
Damn that sucks. My instructor was cool. He'd stop at McDonalds for us and let us hook up our iPods to the stereo when we were driving.
He shouldn't still be certified as a driving instructor if he expects you to do something like that.
I was in my first driving lesson with 2 other students with me, and we parked in a small cul-de-sac thing to switch drivers. I turned around to drive out and start my lesson and I stopped. The instructor got really pissed off and started to take points off my final score, until a huge 14-wheeler turned into the same area, and his trailer thing swerved into the lane we would of been in. Had we been there we would have been crushed. The instructor looked dumbfounded and looked at me, then erased all of his bad marks, and thanked me xD xD
better safe than sorry
You can file charges against him for discrimination
Would he have passed you if you got nailed? I don't think so...you'll get it next time...
I would push him out of the car stick my middle finger in the air and drive :0

And this is when you report him and say "you failed, at keeping a job"
You did the right thing.
