Today, I sat a client down for his haircut. He pulled off his hat and his hair was dripping wet. I asked him if he had just washed it. He responded, "No, but isn't it a hot day out?" No, it's twenty degrees and overcast today. FML

Ain't oily, greasy, sweaty hair sexy? Think of it like lube.......

Did no one play football, or wrestle, or play softball, or run track in high school? Sweats normal, leave the man alone, he may of had a fever or a gland/pore problem! I'm never nice on fml, but last time I went to the barber my appendix had just ruptured and I had a cold sweat, nasty fever, and threw up blood all over the chair! If you don't like humans, work in an office cubicle! 'Nuff said.

Maybe it was hot before he stepped out of his time traveling phonebooth.

how is this an fml? maybe if it reeked of horse urine, otherwise no.

It's -10 Degrees here in Norway. 20 is the highest we get. Yes, it's hot.

Yeah, you can walk around in a t-shirt and shorts at 20, so if he was wearing a hat it's no surprise his hair was sweaty.

20 degrees is pretty hot, yes I'm canadian and no, I don't live in an igloo.

You should have squeezed some of it out before cutting his hair. You could have used it for styling oil for your other customers. And it's free. ;]

I wasn't aware you couldn't have FML moments at a job you love. My salon is À la carte, meaning you pick if you want just a haircut, haircut & shampoo, ect. He didn't want a shampoo. He was not kidding, he was just really sweaty and greasy. I cut his hair, washed my hands, moved on. I just thought people could get a laugh out of it.

don't worry, some people take this site far too seriously :)

I know, but i figured as long as they were speaking their minds, I would as well :)

How much do you charge for a la carte services? The ***** who did my cut and dye job a few weeks ago charged me an arm and a leg for extras (like toner) that I thought were part of the package. It's hard hopping on one leg all day. *drum crash* Take my wife... please.

working at a la carte salon sucks that's the type of people you get out of there. work in a real salon
