Today, I had to explain to my husband that I was tired and moody because I'd had a major depressive episode last night, was still feeling the aftershocks, and I hadn't wanted to bother him with it. His response was to try to get me to blow him, because it would make him feel better about it. FML

I'm sorry OP. I just wanted you to know that there are people and support out there. And it is hard, but super important to look after yourself. :) :) There is a website called https://www.7cups.com/ which are really good and you can chat to people about all sorts. They know what they are doing. You rock for talking to your boyfriend about your depressive episode. Thank you so so much for reaching out!
