Today, as with every other day, I live with my mother to help take care of her. It wouldn’t be so bad except for she knows what makes my anxiety bad and purposefully does things to make me have a panic attack, then yells at me for having a panic attack. FML

There's something called "consequences". She's an adult. She is well aware that being emotionally abusive to someone she depends on is just stupid. Move out. It's HER problem. Unless she's rich and you're angling for an inheritance (hint, she's a bitch and you won't get it) then she can deal with the fallout of her behavior.

Just because you're taking carr of her doesn't mean you have to deal with her shit. Maybe leave the house for a few hours and have her believe you left her. It sounds horrible, but messing with your mental health is ****** up. Hopefully, being out of the house for a long time will change her behavior once she realized she won't be taken care of when she disrespects you.

Ultimatum time: If she wants your continued assistance, she has to treat you with respect. If she feels like she can do without you, tell her to shove it, and find your own place.

Record what she does, then tell her to leave. I believe what she is doing is called domestic verbal abuse, and ask her how she might feel going to jail for it.
