Good news, though: you can make cheesecake and chocolate without milk (or with lactose-free milk). As for the pizza... Sorry, man.
My parents are Vegan and eat all of that stuff. you just have to find the right products and right recipes.
If it's actual lactose intolerance and not an allergy to milk, there's medication that you can use. There's too many variations of it for me to give one that could say would be available where you live, so best to just look it up if you want to try it. Of course, many people get a wide array benefits from cutting dairy out of their diet entirely by using vegan variations of dishes like cheese, ice cream, milkshakes, etc. So that's also a valid option.
actually there are both people who have an allergy to milk and there are other people who are lactose intolerant. it's just much more rare to be allergic, but people can be.
Uhm. "If it's an actual intolerance" plus "and not an allergy" covers both intolerance and allergy. I specified "an actual intolerance" because I have a reaction that is essentially an allergy to milk, and it was misdiagnosed as/started out as an intolerance. So... Yeah. I know both of those exist.
I totally know what your talking about (I developed a dairy alergy about 4 years ago). Have a look at daiya products. There are a number of non-dairy options that include pizza, cheese cake and even a number of good ice cream substitutes!
