Today, after a 4 week delay, I finally got my tax return. I was going to use it to pay off some bills and be financially secure for the first time in 3 years. This afternoon, my company laid off half the employees. GUESS who's going to be living off their tax refund until they can find a job? Fml.

Today, I was listening to music on my phone. I activated Siri by mistake, which stopped the music. I told Siri to, "turn the damn music back on." She replied, "Now calling Afton." Afton is my ex. While trying to quickly end the call, my phone froze and the buttons stopped working. FML

Today, my wife blames me for our son having a “posh” accent, because she thinks he’ll be bullied at school. I’m a Yorkshireman and use “ey up”, “ow do” , “pillock” and “arse” in everyday conversation, whereas my wife was raised in Oxford, I doubt I’m the one making our son sound posh. FML
