That really sucks :/ if I ever left my wallet at home, I would put the stuff back myself
I would be so happy if that happened to me, it gets you away from customers and wastes so much time! Whenever I was a cashier I always was hoping I would be told to do returns since it made my shift go by faster.
*looks at many of the earlier comments* So....if you idiots don't consider this an FML, than what IS considered an FML? It seems that unless someone is hospitalized or dying, you don't consider anything a proper FML at all. To me, anything that makes your day or whole life in general, a living hell, and you CLEARLY don't deserve it, that is an FML.
I dont think she deserved it, but her life isnt ****** either, its part of the job description depending on where she works. This was a minor inconvience if anything, if she doesnt want to risk having that happen that maybe its time to find another job. I dont think it is a FML or a YDI.
Anyways....I DO feel your pain in a way..... I used to work at Gamestop. Some idiotic, blonde bimbo brought in a two foot tall stack of video games to trade in. All of them were disks. No boxes to scan. So I had to manually type in the titles of them all to add to the trade-in transaction. Not all of them were video games either. Many of them were DVDs or PC games (which my Gamestop does not trade in) so I had to figure out which ones were DVDs and PC games before struggling to find the title in our system, only to discover I'm holding another DVD. I'm not exaggerating about the two feet of disks either. I'm dead serious. And disks are thin, so that's a lot of ******* disks to put up with. Once I was finally done getting all the video games figured out and I gave her her total that she would receive from the trade-in, (not much, cause many of them were old, unpopular, sports-genre, or movie-genre type games) she changed her mind and took her disks back. I was PISSED that I had to go through that hell only for her to change her mind in the end. A half hour later....she ******* returns to the store, changing her mind again. She wanted to trade in the games again. She put all the PC games and DVDs BACK into the pile (I assume she went back home, made a mess of it all, then returned) so I had to go through the whole damned thing all over again! I went over my clocked time. To make matters worse, my Boss clocked me out in the middle of the transaction, once I was suppose to be clocked off, so I didn't get paid for all that bullshit I had to put up with. I didn't know I was clocked out until I tried to clock myself out after the idiot left. .....To anyone who actually read this, DON'T work at Gamestop. EVER! You get more respect working at fast-food!
I don't believe that one cart could come close to 15 bags.
I'm pretty sure that if the man had come back, the OP wouldn't have had a reason to post this FML. Take a chill pill.
