Our house, in the middle of our street

Today, I overheard my parents planning on how to get me to move out of the house. It's my house. They only came to visit and forgot to leave. FML

Give them a rent bill. If that doesnt work just kick them out

Don't give them a bill, or any of that crap. Just tell them it is time move back on their own, and give them notice. If you anticipate a fight, send it to them on writing via registered mail so you can legally get them out with proof.

Why does it need to be registered mail to be legal?. . And what proof does he need?. . .It's his house and family ties don't give people a right to your property - You don't need to go through dozens of legal loopholes and statutes to remove them.

42- if someone is receiving mail at your house you have to go through a legal evection process. Proof of telling them to leave starts the clock ticking if the OP has to have the police remove them.

That's why I live in the middle of no where. When my parents or in laws come visit there's not much to do so they go back home to their house in town. :)
