Today, my dad informed me that my mother's 100k life insurance policy was being processed perfectly, for him. I rent a falling apart mobile home and work 3 jobs to get by. He owns outright and already gets all her pension benefits, etc. I am receiving nothing as inheritance. FML

You have zero expectation of any inheritance. That's your parents' money, not yours. There's a good reason he's the beneficiary, not you. Quit acting so entitled or you may not get anything when he passes either.

The question might be, why are you live in a shit hole when you have 3 jobs? BTW, some kids are relieved they won't have to support their parents in their old age.

Get a lawyer who accepts contingency. Be careful that they don't end up taking almost all of it.

why? they don't deserve and are not entitled to any of it. the father was the beneficiary as he should be. if they didn't act like such an entitled spoiled brat, maybe they'll get something after their father dies. also, they don't seem bothered at all that their mother just died.
