Today, my boyfriend added me to his friends' private Whatsapp group, after weeks of asking him to include me in more of his life. It turns out almost all they do is post pictures of their shits and rate them. There is nearly a year's worth of pictures. FML

Lets be honest. Guys do this kind of stuff because we think it's funny. I would either learn to laugh at it, or just accept that there are some aspects of his life that should be private.

Aside from the shitpics: I don't get why someone needs to be in every chatgroup or mailing list their s.o. is in. We have one wife of a guy in our friends group and mailing list revolving around stuff she doesn't have to do anything with. It's totally weird that she's even in there and if she responds it's even weirder because she doesn't get what we're talking about and it just makes me uncomfortable. The other wives and gfs don't give a shit because why should they? If something is discussed what concerns them, they'll get to know from their s.o.

Why can't your boyfriend have his own privacy with his mates? I wouldn't be adding my boyfriend into me and my mates conversations! Though I'd happily show him, I just think it's a bit controlling of you, tbh
