Today, I dropped my 400 dollar iphone, that's been through toilets and 6 foot falls, on a walmart floor and shattered the screen. I managed, however, to catch the 2 dollar macaroni and cheese before it hit the ground. FML

Today, while walking to work, I accidentally dropped my $400 cell phone on the sidewalk. The screen shattered into a million pieces. A woman passing by looked at the ruined phone and said, "Now that's what you call a dropped call!" She laughed and kept walking. FML

Today, my fancy rubber phone case did its job and saved my phone from damage when I dropped it on the bathroom counter. Unfortunately, it was rather useless after the massive bounce it took before landing in the toilet. FML

Today, I shattered my iPhone screen. Pieces of glass are chipping out and can easily slice up any idiot who slides their finger across the screen. Unfortunately, I was that idiot. There's blood in the cracks of my screen. FML

#34, the price of your phone has nothing to do with where you can or cannot shop. WalMart generally has pretty good prices, and, personally, if I'd gone and spent four-hundred bucks on a phone, I'd want to save where I could. Why spend five bucks when you could spend three? And this just proves that WalMart floors are like kryptonite to phones...

I know how you feel. My old iPod Touch (Gen 4) had been through literally falling off a busing and surviving unscathed, being thrown and jumped on and dropped and stepped on but u accidentally dropped it outside McDonald's on the sidewalk and the screen completely shattered. Paid about $70 to get it fixed only to lose it on a vacation. Got a newer version now though :)
