Today, a stoplight turned yellow as I was approaching it. I was about to go through but saw a cop, panicked, and slammed on the brakes. I ended up in the middle of the intersection and had to reverse. Soon the light turned green, and I stepped on the gas. My car was still in reverse. FML

Today, I pulled up to the stoplight near my house. It was dark with no traffic and the car behind me kept edging closer and closer to me. I finally got fed up with waiting and the car and ran it. In fact, it was a cop and he was trying to read my license plate because the back light was out. FML

Today, the person I was driving behind put their car in reverse and backed straight into me. I was then yelled at and told, "I had my reversing lights on! Why didn't you move?!" FML

Today, I was driving a little over the speed limit, when I saw a cop car waiting to join the road ahead of me. I quickly hit the brakes so they wouldn't have a payday with me. I hit the brakes too hard, lost control and almost ended up on someone's lawn. FML

Today, I took my driving test. As I was about to turn at a green light, a car sped toward us from the other direction, running a red light. My instructor failed me because I stopped to avoid getting rammed. Apparently I should have kept going, because it was my right of way. FML

Today, I was driving to work and stopped at a stop light. A full 2 or 3 seconds passed, followed by a car rear-ending me. The idiot driving it got out and gave me hell, calling me a maniac because I braked "too quickly" and didn't give him a chance to react. FML

Today, I pulled up to an intersection behind a car waiting to turn left and we missed a whole set of lights. As I was getting frustrated that they weren’t going when the light was green, I realised I was waiting behind a parked car. FML

Today, I decided to be a good driver and not run through the yellow light. As soon as I stopped my car another came and rear-ended me. The guy told me to go in the parking lot so we can exchange information. So I drove into the parking lot, I turned my head and watched him drive away. FML

Today, I was driving in stop and go traffic and passed two accidents in the process. I got nervous and decided to change routes to avoid getting hit. As I was trying to find an alternative route on my GPS, I rear-ended the car in front of me. FML

Today, I was hit by a car speeding through an intersection after the light had already turned red. Still partly blacked out, I crawled onto the sidewalk and I sat down. The woman rolled down her car window and yelled, "Watch where you're going!" as she drove by. FML

You're an idiot. It's perfectly legal to continue on if you saw the light TURN yellow especially. The cop probably didn't give a ****. And you're the kind of person that I want to run over when I drive. Plus, *I* am a female. I can drive, thank you very much.

and lemme guess, you still didn't get a ticket after all that and wondered why you were even sweatin' to begin with right? i once crossed the line too much, and reversed, but forgot to change gears...nobody was behind me though, so i was lucky.

That's funny, as I was going to lunch yesterday & I think I saw you. It was a little after 1:00-PM on the Car*i*le Pike, if you're from the area you'll know the road. If I didn't see you then it was very coincidental because I've never seen a driver do this before. I found it odd but then I thought to myself there must have been a Cop sitting somewhere

Check post #60 guys. She is a girl, so give her a break. If it were a guy, it'd be pretty bad, but girls are more panicky by nature. What gets me the most is that one shouldn't "panic" if they see a police officer unless they're doing something wrong to begin with.

#82 CA law states that as long as your front wheels are across the limit line before the light turns red you have the right of way through the intersection.
