I really hate when withholding sex is used as a tool to intimidate or control your partner's actions, so FYL. Sex is not supposed to be a weapon, and she's out of line to "threaten" you like that.

Well one way to deal with this is to threaten her back. However, that wouldn't make for a very healthy relationship. Just apologize and tell her you were wrong. :-)

Sex should NOT be used as a bargaining chip. Some females do that, it's very childish. Give her a book on how to fight properly (that is a thing, you know) and tell her to grow up.
