Today, I learned that the guy I've had a crush on for almost 6 months at work is significantly younger than me. So young that I could have been his babysitter growing up. He's 21, I'm 34. FML

Since both are adults, and you met as adults, this is not a problem. My uncle married his husband who is my age (13 years his junior). They met as adults and all was great from there. You can still get to know him and see if things may be reciprocated.
