Today, I tried on a pair of pants in a dressing room and they didn’t fit. However, my period came suddenly and left a massive bloodstain, so I had to buy them anyway. In case you’re wondering, the pants were white, the cashier was male and cute, and he definitely noticed. FML

Today a woman came through my checkout line to buy a pair of pants with a massive bloodstain in the crotch, and I had to handle them to ring them up and bag them. I tried to pretend I didn’t notice, but I think she knew. The pants were white. I don’t get paid enough for this! FML

Because some women can get their period a week or longer before it is due. So should they never attempt to wear white? I once got mine less than a week and a half after I had my previous (due to imbalance with a medication), so honestly, most or at least many, women have no idea when to expect it.

You don’t want him anyways. A guy working in women’s clothing is most likely not into girls anyways. That’s a stereotype that may or may not hold, but he’s definitely poor. No one who can afford to do something else puts up with the bullshit of retail.

Periods aren’t guaranteed to come when you expect. Many girls/women have irregular periods. And even if it’s regular, you don’t know the exact time it’s going to start. What should she have done? Use a tampon 24/7 just in case?
