Is it possible to sue for that?
reapply
Same exact position I'm in!!
You may not have been worth the salary you were requesting, even though they were willing to pay it to someone more qualified. A word of advice as a professional, you should always request evaluations and suggestions for improving your performance. If you're not making the wage you think you deserve, very directly ask why. Also, I'm not certain if you did this, but never leave a job unless you've already secured another.
I really enjoyed your grammar
Not to sound like a Debbie Downer but maybe the company meant it wasn't in the budget to give OP a raise when taking into account the overall value he brings to the company. They could be offering more for the position because they're looking to hire someone who's better at the job.
Companies like these are everywhere bro. Year end reviews and appraisals are everywhere and its the same shit everywhere. You are not alone
You spelt raise wrong are you sure your doing a good job
Reapply.
Apply again, get hired, then leave. **** them
