I'll admit it took me until fifth grade to realize that root beer was actually non alcoholic. I thought my parents were setting me an example by never ordering it when we went out for dinner. I love root beer now though. Birch beer too.

I do have to consider though if it was one of those old style root beer glass bottles from far away it could look like a beer. Final warning though? Was that warning just for this or were their other things you were given warnings for?

Did anyone actually check what you were drinking? Hopefully you can clear it up with the trashed bottles or receipts. Also if you work wasn't affect and you didn't behave odd you should be ok

Should be pretty simple to prove that you're innocent by producing the bottles of what you're drinking. And if they are stupid enough to think that anything with the word "beer" in it is alcoholic, ask them to find the alcohol percentage on the label or look up the definition of root beer.

Sounds like they are just looking for an excuse, because I would seriously not want to work for someone who was dumb enough to think oot beer was alcoholic.
