YDI for not checking these things before leaving the DMV. DMV and SS office each got my name wrong until I corrected them. But I checked it was right before they printed the damn license.

This happened to me with my first driver's license. It opened up so many self-deprecating jokes about whether it was a commentary on my sex or a grade on my lack of talent in bed.
