I read it as the therapy sessions in "his" truck as being the boyfriends truck. Either way cheating is cheating and betrayal is betrayal. Both boyfriend and best friend are not worth keeping around.

It makes very much sense. The boyfriend would be spending a lot of money to pay for a therapist but in this case the friend offered so called therapy sessions for free

30 clearly you're not on FML as much as perdix. He was referencing an FML from yesterday in which the OP's boyfriend demanded sex whenever he wanted and that the OP use birth control because condoms are sexist and degrading.
