wanting to do something and actually doing it are two different things. If you have a job and your boss is frustrating, your still going to do what is asked of you because thats the job. my partner is a volunteer emt, do you think he wants to deal with people soaked in their own fluids or the patient on drugs that is combatative? or with patients who are homophobic/racist/religious nutjobs? no but its the job and hes doing it without compromising care or allowing his feelings to be known.

The god you know supposedly once drowned the planet because he was in a bad mood, and needs a rainbow to remind himself not to do it again, also he is quite happy so have sent himself in the form of his son to get murdered so that by some blood magic he can forgive us for a series of events he is responsible for after having cursed the entirety of humanity after two people he created ate from a tree he placed in their midst, giving them knowledge of right from wrong when they had no way of knowing it was wrong and all because he got worried they’d eat from another tree that would make them immortal… the god you know is the most vile character in all fiction, truly an evil monster. A shitty story told by shitty people to justify their shitty behaviour so they can lie to themselves about being better in an afterlife that there’s no evidence for.

It is not God that does not love you. All I can recommend is that when you have some extra time try to read the bible. You will then be able to determine for yourself how God feels. The God I know and that knows me is very big on "Loving your neighbor as yourself".

Same god that sets the rules for owning other human beings as property, can’t condemn rape or child abuse? …and by virtue of being the hide and seek champion of the universe, never intervenes to prevent any human suffering because the free will of sick rapists trumps the suffering of their victims of course, but hey everything will be fine in the end if they all believe and seek forgiveness because they end up in heaven together; perpetrators and victims living side by side for eternity. Where’s the justice, where’s the love in that bullshit fable?
