Major headache

Today, and for the past 3 days, I've had a massive migraine. It finally went away while I was at work, thanks to my nose bleeding all over the place. FML

I was diagnosed with migraine (the neurological condition which causes severe headaches etc) when I was ten, but have never experienced relief from nosebleeds. I'm thinking you didn't have a migraine related headache and that the pain you experienced was due to preassure from excessive blood build up or something. But I'm not a doctor, so please go see one.

When I get a migraine I tend to go essentially blind due to the visual flashes which occur. On the bright side you could get to work.

That... sounds like you narrowly avoided having a brain aneurysm. So, congratulations on not dying, and please see a doctor immediately.

As stated by others, that was a big warning of dangerously high blood pressure, get to an ER if it comes back, or you chould have a ebilitating stroke, or flat out DIE.
