I think it's probably already been siad, but just to say it again and give you even more support: Not necessarily, I once knew a girl who just threw up and cried whenever she was nervous. Being proposed to is pretty big, everyone handles things differently. She might've just been shocked. I know that it probably sounds kinda stupid and unlikely, but I'm serious.
