This doesn't make any sense. Despite the laughable standard of state-school teaching in this country, no teacher would be unaware that AM means morning and PM means afternoon, with no need for further qualification. I call shenanigans.
You should be fired and sued.
when i went on school trips, the teachers weren't allowed to drink, yet you were partying? moron.
1. you must be a dumb teacher for saying 4 am in the morning and 1 pm in the afternoon, it's repetative. 2. I wouldn't want the teacher supervising my class to be drunk, it's unprofessional and a bad example. 3. YDI big time. I predict this finding its way onto the top list soon.
Hahaha. I love it. That's so British.

As a secondary school teacher myself, I would never even touch a drop of alcohol on a school trip - you are ALWAYS "on duty", even after lights out. You deserve it, and you will probably be fired. No sympathy here.
If you were my kids teacher, I'd do everything i could to get your sorry ass fired.
