Today, my boyfriend decided to put me in a choke hold and wouldn't let go even though I was struggling. He made me pass out and piss myself all over his new couch. FML

Go to the hospital. I don't know much about it but itsounds like you passed out from lack of blood or oxygen to the brain so you need to get checked out even if you feel fine, in case you have brain damage

I don’t know why your username suggests you’re embarrassed, because that is 100% your boyfriend’s fault. Go to the hospital because there may be brain damage and certainly get far away from your boyfriend, because if he is choking you until you pass out the relationship does not seem safe to me.
