People's true feelings come out when they're drunk. He loves you, wants to marry you and feels comfortable enough to say it when he's vulnerable. Though I'd wait for a sweet proposal too. Good luck.

hey, drunk people tell the truth 85% more of the time than if they were sober, he probably loves you. Just saying. (granted, he probably won't REMEMBER the proposal, but he may do it again in the coming months.)
