OP, I understand the “ick factor”. But the truth is we all have a first time at anything. The chance of marrying a virgin is pretty damm slim. Your fiancé is still the same person you knew before this revelation. Boss didn’t take anything from her.

I mean, it just says "boss", no mention of age. His boss could be their age, or a year or two older. Just because someone is a boss of something doesn't mean they're 50+ years old?

I would say it's not the "she is not a Virgin" - factor, but rather that the boss is a middle aged man and OP's fiancé is in her mid twenties. Basically icky age gap.
